All products come with a manufacturer's warranty which lasts for 12 months as standard, after this period we provide you with a conditional warranty - if something happens please contact us, we will try to help. We sell a product that has no right to break, but please remember that jewellery is an extremely delicate product and should be handled accordingly.

In addition, the Marcelllo Staviori brand offers its customers a free annual service to refresh/clean their purchased gold jewellery with precious stones. The prerequisite for this service is that the jewellery is sent to us and the cost of return postage is covered.
