We provide customers with the unconditional possibility of returning purchased jewellery within 30 days of purchase. The moment the customer does not like the ordered product - he sends it back to us. The customer will only bear the direct costs of returning the item.

The customer must return the item to the seller or hand it over to a person authorised by the seller to collect it without delay, unless the trader has offered to collect the item himself. The customer is liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from their use beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. The returned goods must in any case also include the original accessories, i.e.: undamaged jewellery box, certificate, tag,. A return is not possible in the absence of proof of purchase.

The right of withdrawal applies only to a contract concluded at a distance, not on the premises, and the consumer does not have a right of withdrawal in respect of a contract in which the object of performance is a non-refabricated item produced to the consumer's specifications or intended to meet the consumer's personalised needs (custom-made).

In the case of custom-made products, a prepayment of 30% of the product value is required in order to fulfil the order. This prepayment constitutes a deposit as defined by the Civil Code and is not refundable if the customer cancels the purchase!

In the case of payment using PayU - PayU will not refund the commission amount of 2.6% and your payment will be reduced by this amount in the event of a return. This is beyond our control.
