Delivery time

We make every effort to ensure that the ordered goods reach the customer as quickly as possible, which is why orders are processed immediately wherever possible.

The lead time ( dispatch) of your order is a maximum of 24 hours, also to the European Union, with the exception of jewellery available on request 1 week, custom-made jewellery (approx. 4 weeks) and non-standard ring sizes (in this case please contact us for a lead time).

We use the Pocztex 24 service with a guaranteed delivery time. In addition, in the event of 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts by courier, the parcel can be collected at the nearest post office.

For shipments to the European Union, on the other hand, we use the GLS courier service, as this is the cheapest form of delivery, so that customers do not have to pay additional costs.

All shipments are insured and carefully packaged.

We take full responsibility for delivering the goods to you in perfect condition. Along with the shipment confirmation, you will receive a shipment number by e-mail so that you can track your package.
If a parcel is lost or damaged, we will resend a new parcel to the customer.

Personal collection

We do not currently have a shop or a collection point.

 

However, it is possible to collect the goods in person from our warehouse in Poznań by appointment.
